Refund Policy
At Goa Adventure Activities, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we want to ensure that our customers are protected. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which we will provide refunds.
Booking Cancellations
– If you cancel your booking at least 48 hours prior to the activity date, we will provide a full refund.
– If you cancel your booking within 48 hours of the activity date, we will provide a 50% refund.
– If you cancel your booking on the day of the activity or fail to show up, no refund will be provided.
Activity Cancellations
– If we cancel an activity due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, logistical issues), we will provide a full refund.
– If we cancel an activity due to insufficient bookings, we will provide a full refund or offer an alternative activity.
Refund Process
– Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of cancellation.
– Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
– Refunds may be subject to a processing fee.
Exceptions
– Refunds will not be provided for any additional services or expenses incurred, such as transportation or accommodation.
– Refunds will not be provided for any activities or services that have already been partially consumed.
