2. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of cancellation.
3. No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 48 hours of the activity date.

2. We take no responsibility for injuries, illnesses, or damage to property.
3. Participants must follow safety instructions and guidelines provided by our staff.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
2. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration.
